How do I invite family and friends?

Share the memorial’s QR code or link with the people you want to invite. They open it and request access. You approve the request, after which they can create an account and share memories. You can invite as many people as you like, at no extra cost. See also Inviting people to a memorial.

How do I approve an access request?

When someone requests access, you get a message. In the memorial’s management you see the pending requests, with the name, email address and relationship to the deceased that the person entered. You approve or decline the request. You decide who gets access.

Can I remove someone’s access?

Yes. As a manager you control who has access and you can remove access. That way you always stay in control of who can see and contribute to the memorial.

Can I get help with managing?

Yes. You can give someone a role so they can help you. The role decides what that person can do, from just viewing to helping with management. A family member can then help out without you having to do everything yourself.
