What memories can I add?

You can add photos and videos, and share stories or messages. Together they build a rich, personal picture of the deceased, made by everyone who knew them. All memories come together in the memorial.

How do I add a photo or video?

Open the memorial and go to Media. Choose to upload files and select them from your phone or computer. You can add them straight to an album. Once uploaded, the memory is visible to everyone with access to the memorial. More details in Adding photos and memories.

What are albums for?

Albums group memories that belong together, for example by occasion or period. That keeps the memorial easy to browse as more memories are added, and visitors quickly find what they’re looking for.

Can I delete a memory?

Yes. Managers can delete memories and albums. Please note: a deleted album and the photos in it are gone for good and cannot be recovered. So only delete what you’re sure you no longer want to keep.

Who can add or manage memories?

Anyone whose access has been approved can add memories. What someone can do beyond that, such as managing or deleting other people’s memories, depends on the role the manager has given them. The manager always keeps full control of the memorial.
