What is it?
If your memorial runs through a funeral home, its managers can send a message directly to that funeral home. Handy for questions or for passing on photos for the slideshow or the memorial card.
Who can see the conversation?
Only the managers of the memorial and the funeral home. Guests and other members don’t see this conversation.
Sending a message
Choose Funeral home in the menu. Write your message and, if you like, add photos from the memorial with Add photos.
Sending photos from Media
Select the photos in Media and choose To funeral home. You can add a short message, for example: “These are the photos for the slideshow, the first one can go on the memorial card.” The funeral home receives the photos in full quality.
How long can I send messages?
The conversation stays open for about a month, around the funeral. After that you can still read it. If you have a question later, please contact the funeral home directly.
