Who can see my memorial?

Memorials are private. Only people approved by the manager can view and contribute to the memorial. As a manager, you decide who gets access. Someone who has the link or QR code can only request access; they only get in after your approval.

What happens to the photos and data?

Memories are kept as long as the memorial is online. If the period ends without an extension, the memorial goes offline and the data is permanently deleted after six months, in line with privacy law (GDPR).

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments go through a secure online payment environment. Remoria doesn’t store your payment details; they’re handled securely by the payment provider.

Can I have data deleted?

You have the right to have your personal data deleted. As a manager, you can manage and delete memories and data in your memorial yourself. For questions about specific data or a full deletion, ask the assistant in the chat, who will help you or point you in the right direction. More information in our privacy policy.
