When to create an account, what to do if you forgot your password and why you might not receive emails.

How do I create an account?
You create an account once you’ve been given access to a memorial, or when you create a memorial yourself. If you create a memorial, you automatically become its manager. As a visitor, you create an account as soon as the manager has approved your access request.
I forgot my password. What now?
On the login page, choose Forgot password?. You’ll receive an email with a link to choose a new password. Don’t see it straight away? Check your spam folder too.
I’m not receiving emails from Remoria. What should I do?
First check your spam folder, and make sure you used the right email address. Remoria sends emails for things like access requests, password resets and when the period is about to end. Still having trouble? Ask the assistant in the chat.
