What is a memorial?

A memorial is a private, safe place to keep and share memories of a loved one together: photos, videos, stories and tributes. Only people who are invited or whose access is approved can get in.

Logging in or getting access

You get in through a personal email invitation, a QR code on the funeral card or a shared link. No account yet? You create one in a single step: choose a password or sign in with Google. Already have an account? Just log in with your usual details.

Finding your way

At the bottom of the screen (on a phone) or in the sidebar (on a computer) you’ll find:

  • Home: the overview and latest memories.
  • Media: all photos, videos and albums.
  • Tributes: personal messages.
  • Community Chat: remembering together.
  • Photo Album: order a book to keep (optional).

More than one memorial?

If you have access to several memorials, switch between them via your profile icon at the top right, or via Settings β†’ My memorials.
