What is the partner portal?

In the Remoria portal, your funeral home creates and manages memorials for the families you support. From one place you create new memorials, keep track of existing ones, invite your team members and keep an overview. That way you help families set up a memorial professionally.

How do I create a memorial for a family?

In the portal you follow a short wizard: enter the details of the deceased, choose the web address and QR code, set the manager and choose the plan. The memorial then works exactly like one a family created themselves. More in Managing memorials in the portal.

Logging in

Go to app.remoria.eu and log in with your account. You’ll land on the Overview of your portal automatically. Forgot your password? Choose Forgot password? on the login page; you’ll get an email to choose a new one.

The overview

The Overview shows at a glance your active memorials, recent activity and the key figures for your portal.

On the left of the screen (or at the bottom on a phone) you’ll find:

  • Overview: your dashboard.
  • Memorials: all memorials you manage. Create, view and extend.
  • Messages: your conversations with families.
  • Team members: invite colleagues and manage their permissions.
  • Statistics: usage figures (visible depending on your role).
  • Help & support: the help articles and the assistant.

Your profile and settings

Click your profile icon at the top right for Settings and Log out. In the settings you manage your profile and preferences.

Language

The portal and the emails to families are available in Dutch, French and English.

Need help?

Ask the assistant on the Help & support page. If it can’t find the answer, it puts you in touch with a team member and passes on the conversation.
